Insurances We Participate With

 

We do accept assignment on most insurance's, participating with Delta Dental of Michigan (Premier program) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (Traditional program). However, the balance is your responsibility whether your insurance company pays all or not. We cannot bill your insurance unless you inform us of your current insurance information. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Please be aware that some, and perhaps all, of the services provided may be non-covered services and not considered reasonable and necessary under certain insurance plans. All co-pays and deductibles are due at time of service.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice. All of your appointments are very important to us as well as our other patients in the practice. By giving us a 24 hour notice we can utilize that time for other patients in need of dental treatment. We do reserve the right to charge a $50-$75 fee to your account if we do not receive this notice.
