NEW PATIENT EXAM

Here at Sheets Family Dentistry, we pride ourselves on providing an extraordinary first visit for our new patients.  A new patient exam typically takes an hour and thirty minutes.  During your exam, we will perform a cancer screening, take necessary radiographs, take pictures for your chart, chart your teeth, perform a periodontal evaluation, and create a customized treatment plan tailored to your dental needs.  

When you arrive for your new patient exam please arrive fifteen minutes early to fill out our new patient forms or you can complete all of our forms online.  Please know that cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment or we do charge a fee for a missed appointment. All copays are due at the time of your appointment.
